Standard Shipping
We ship to UK Mainland our prices are as follows: order value £5.00 - £10.00 £2.00 postage, £10.01 - £20.00 £3.00 postage, £20.01 - £30.00 £4.00 postage, £30.01 - £45.00 £5.00 postage. You can expect your order within 5 working days (often within 2 working days). Orders of a value exceeding £45 will be shipped free of charge!
If an order is urgent, please write in the "special instructions" box on checkout and we will endeavour to deliver as quickly as possible.
Collection
You may choose to collect your order from our shop. To do this, we require, where possible, at least one working day to process and pick your order ready for collection.
Returns Policy
If an item is faulty or you are not satisfied, please telephone 01803 862244 or email shop@decocraft.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will instruct you on how to return the item to us.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping) If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the item/s, your initial shipping charge is not taken into account in this calculation only the product cost.Your statutory rights are not affected.
